Vision
To transform this Grama Panchayat into a model Grama Panchayat in Kerala by ensuring citizen satisfaction through the lawful discharge of its duties in accordance with the aspirations of the public, and by providing services of complete quality.
Mission
To strengthen the service delivery mechanism by implementing a Total Quality Management (TQM) system and establishing the necessary infrastructure to easily provide services from the Panchayat to the public.
